- Here is a collection of owner's manuals for Coleman and Fleetwood pop ups. They help with general setup, operation, and towing of the camper. Parts books can be found here 1968 All Models 1983 All Models 1984 Pioneer and Americana 1985 Colorado Plantation 1988 Plantation All Models.
- The instruction manual for the Coleman dual fuel stoves also clearly states that, unleaded fuels may vary in quality and can affect generator life. The generator that the instructions are referring to is the gas tube that connects the fuel tank to the main burner assembly.
- This instant lighting stove, in John Stendahl’s collection, appeared in 1938 and ’39 catalogs and retailed for $9.95 in ’39. The corrugated oven rack and sheet steel heat diffuser are original to the stove (upper image). Coleman’s 2-burner camp stove, Model 419, was available only in the 1941 catalog.

This instant lighting stove, in John Stendahl’s collection, appeared in 1938 and ’39 catalogs and retailed for $9.95 in ’39. The corrugated oven rack and sheet steel heat diffuser are original to the stove (upper image). Coleman’s 2-burner camp stove, Model 419, was available only in the 1941 catalog. A Coleman Stove connected to a 5 gallon propane tank. It is cheaper to buy your propane in the larger tanks. The main advantage of the small tanks is ease of movement. Personal it I have to bug out and were to take a Coleman stove, I would be leaving by vehicle and the 5-gallon propane tank would be easier to load.
